Job summary

AtkinsRéalis US Nuclear seeks a Civil Engineering Lead Energy with remote capabilities, based in Richland, WA. You will act as the technical authority for civil/structural design of nuclear facilities, lead teams, and drive complex solutions with broad business impact.

Required are a Bachelor's (or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, 15+ years' experience, and a PE License (multi-jurisdiction a plus). Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years of experience; typical incumbent has 20–25 years.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required; multi-jurisdiction licensing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for civil engineering design of nuclear facilities.
• Lead civil engineering discipline teams on projects and may lead project teams.
• Provide oversight and direction to senior professionals and interface with management and clients.
