Qualifications

• 4-8 years of residential and/or commercial civil land development work experience.
• Knowledge of local municipal, county, and state land use, planning and zoning processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in technical skills related to site development designs.

Responsibilities

• Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances.
• Prepare concept drawings based on client’s development objectives.
• Lead the design of stormwater management systems.
