Qualifications

• Licensed North Carolina PE or EIT certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of water resources engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, and AutoTURN.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering designs, plans, and technical specifications for water resources projects.
• Develop 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform engineering calculations and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout project delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Support construction by responding to design questions.
