Qualifications
4-8 years of residential and/or commercial civil land development work experience.
Knowledge of NC land use, planning and zoning processes and regulations.
Self-starter who can work independently and with team members.
Responsibilities
Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances.
Conduct site investigation and due diligence.
Prepare concept drawings based on client objectives.
Skills
Technical skills in stormwater management
Civil 3D skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer in Training
Professional Engineer license (preferred)
