KPFF Special Projects Division in Long Beach, CA is seeking an ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team, working on heavy civil and industrial infrastructure projects downtown.

You will refine site and land development expertise while contributing to design, project management, and exceptional client service. You will mentor junior engineers and interns and participate in diverse waterfront projects to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum five years of full-time experience in relevant civil/site development engineering design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Proficiency and experience in AutoCAD for construction document creation.
• Preferred familiarity with Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Willingness to mentor entry level engineers and interns
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to work dynamically and effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing design and project management skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
