Job summary

mcfa is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join the Federal Markets team in a land development, water distribution and wastewater design role. The engineer will coordinate, design, and manage projects with client stakeholders, including government entities, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Qualifications

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of civil engineering experience with emphasis on land development, water distribution and wastewater design.

Responsibilities

Plan review, quality control, maintaining budgetary limits and schedules.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and integrate environment issues into project execution.
Manage and lead subcontracted design teams.
Serve as civil engineering liaison with government entities such as U.S. Army Garrison and Directorate of Public Works.
Perform additional duties as assigned by clients.
