Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering with PE license.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required by projects.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop design from planning and research to reports and construction documents.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques for specialized civil elements.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and permitting documentation.
• Drive project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Check work for accuracy and manage time to meet budgets.
• Participate in constructability reviews and QA/QC activities.
• Review design standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and sign off on complex designs for site layouts, drainage, reservoirs, and stormwater systems.
