Clark Dietz, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in a Southern WI/Northern IL Civil/Environmental Team.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, foster staff growth, and assist with funding opportunities. The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering high‑quality engineering

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages full project lifecycle for water distribution, wastewater projects from scope to delivery, including schedule and budget.
• Oversees technical design, drawings, specs, permits, and reports; mentors junior staff.
• Manages client relationships, meetings, and presentations.
• Identifies funding opportunities, prepares grant applications, and guides clients through funding mechanisms.
• Supports business development and industry involvement to expand services.
