EXP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, Transportation, to lead civil engineering design for roadway projects in Southern California. You will perform and oversee design tasks, ensuring adherence to relevant standards while mentoring new engineers.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and deep knowledge of roadway design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D. A competitive salary package between $130,000 and $170,000 is offered based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in civil or transportation engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on transportation projects.
• Strong technical design background in highway and local roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead engineering design tasks for roadway projects.
• Develop civil designs per Caltrans, AASHTO and relevant standards.
• Mentor and develop new engineers in transportation design.
