Your Responsibilities

• Managing multiple project assignments and prioritizing demands
• Leading project strategy meetings, developing design concepts, and recommending systems
• Identifying the basis of design for various civil transportation components
• Directing technical efforts of project team members
• Signing and sealing design documents as a Professional of Record
• Advising owners and contractors on construction documents and responses to RFI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of transportation design experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or InRoads
• Leadership skills to coach and develop staff
