LaBella seeks a Senior Civil Engineer / Team Leader for White Plains, NY, to lead municipal design and project delivery. You’ll mentor staff, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and guide water and wastewater projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in municipal or public infrastructure design and project management.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in New York or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing clients, and delivering successful infrastructure projects.
• High motivation and ability to apply engineering knowledge to a wide variety of projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and analytical/problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of multidisciplinary public infrastructure projects.
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff, fostering growth and accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal and state clients as a trusted technical advisor.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance for successful delivery.
• Provide QA/QC oversight on design deliverables.
• Participate in business development, from identifying opportunities to presenting proposals.
