Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of private development projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
• Develop detailed site plans from concept to construction.
• Lead stormwater, water/wastewater, roads, and parking designs.
• Represent the client at municipal boards and meetings.
• Mentor engineering staff and coordinate across offices.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and performance; ensure QA/QC.
• Support business development and client presentations.
