Job summary

Parkhill is a leading civil engineering firm seeking a professional civil engineer specializing in site development for our Frisco, Texas team. This full-time, exempt position offers opportunities to enhance design skills across a diverse range of site development projects.

Responsibilities include leadership of engineers, technical supervision in pavement, utilities, grading, site elements, and drainage, and active client development. A Texas PE and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Professional engineer registration in Texas is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in site development-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical supervision and design in pavement, utilities, grading, site elements, and drainage.
• Develop client relationships including financial accounting and responsiveness.
• Familiar with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and design criteria.
• Manage surveying support and coordinate with City departments.
• Present at hearings, commissions, and council meetings.
• Lead site design for Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings; residential subdivisions; municipal roadways and drainage.
