Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE license in Texas required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of site development experience.
• Experience with entitlements (platting, zoning, permitting).
• Site planning and development master planning experience.
• Grading, drainage, water/wastewater design knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineers and technicians on site development projects.
• Provide technical supervision for pavement, utilities, grading, site elements and drainage.
• Develop client relationships, manage budgets and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with city zoning, subdivision regulations and design criteria.
• Oversee surveying support and project proposals, scopes and fees.
• Present project details at hearings and city meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with city departments.
