Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a senior civil engineer with a proven track record in municipal and site engineering to strengthen client relationships and guide complex projects. You will collaborate with municipal, institutional, and private clients to deliver planning, design, and engineering solutions that align with community goals.

You will lead proposals, coordinate with internal leaders, and mentor junior engineers while staying informed about regional infrastructure priorities and PennDOT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or environmental engineering.
• PE license in PA or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years in municipal/site engineering and project management.
• Strong client relationship and business development experience.
• Willingness to engage with professional organizations/regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with municipal leaders and partners.
• Lead engineering proposals, scope development, and technical writing.
• Guide engineering solutions with internal leaders and project managers.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and delivery milestones.
