The role emphasizes collaboration with public and private clients, mentoring junior engineers, and advancing OHM’s planning, design, and delivery capabilities in Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania.
• 10+ years in municipal/site engineering and project management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Interest in professional organizations or regional networks.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise across public and private markets for infrastructure and site design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships with municipal leaders, institutions, developers, and regional partners.
• Lead proposals, scope development, and technical writing to win work.
• Monitor project progress at milestones and address issues affecting client satisfaction.
