You will lead design and coordination for municipal infrastructure, working with planners, surveyors, scientists, and engineers to deliver cost-effective solutions. You will design, review, and supervise plans for streets, water, and wastewater systems, manage regulatory interfaces, and guide construction administration with field inspections and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline.
• PE license in CA preferred.
• 6+ years of directly applicable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and regulators.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Design and review plans for municipal infrastructure projects including streets, sewer and water systems, storm drainage, and public facilities.
• Perform civil engineering calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Assist or lead the project concept designs and participates in the final project design.
• Provide technical support and coordination during construction, including field inspections, change orders, and contractor communication.
