Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Eight years of experience in civil engineering with two years of supervisory experience.
• Professional Engineer license from the State of Utah; out-of-state PE must become Utah PE within six months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise major engineering projects; assign work to subordinates.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, schedules and phasing; review plans for codes and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants; approve or prepare project documents and reports.
