Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Four years of professional engineering experience with design, field surveying, and construction; Two years of supervisory experience; CA PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and reviews work of engineering teams on capital improvement projects.
• Oversees transportation, street, sewer and stormwater projects from planning through construction.
• Prepares cost estimates, schedules and bid documents; reviews consultant proposals and bids.
• Ensures compliance with technical and legal requirements; coordinates with other departments and agencies.
