Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in site development, engineering, project management, and planning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and California P.E. license.
• Experience with sustainable design, meeting LID and LEED goals, and ability to prepare SUSMPs, SWPPPs, and WQMPs.
• Ability to visit job sites and collaborate with clients and staff to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects for site development, parks, and transportation improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, government agencies, and contractors; manage planning, design, and permitting.
• Mentor and develop staff while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
