• Eight years of site development experience and related engineering, PM, and planning.
• B.S. degree or higher; California P.E. license.
• Experience with sustainable design, LID, LEED goals, SUSMPs, SWPPPs, and WQMPs.
• Ability to visit job sites to assess conditions and define scope.
• Strong client service orientation and collaborative teamwork.
