Job summary

Interwest Consulting Group seeks a Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Public Works Group. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client liaison, agency coordination, scheduling, and budgets for municipal projects across CA and NV.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and preferably PE registration. This on-site role offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage public works projects, including client liaison, agency coordination, scheduling, and budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Serve as liaison between City staff and other technical groups.
• Present to clients, city councils, boards, and commissions.
• Prepare project proposals, task orders, scope, schedule, and fees.
• Prepare City Council Staff Reports and other reporting type documents.
• Develop and implement project, programs, procedures, and policies.
• Provide public outreach support, prepare presentations, and participate in public workshops.
• Familiar with local, State, and federal requirements.
