Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in/relocate to greater Sacramento region.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and horizontal construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk; coordinate with clients, consultants, and agencies.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents; oversee submittals and RFIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff; support business development and client presentations.
