Job summary

Clark Dietz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in our Southern WI/Northern IL Civil/Environmental Team. You will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and provide technical leadership.

This role emphasizes funding acquisition, grant management, and mentoring staff while maintaining QA/QC and regulatory compliance. A PE license in IL or WI and 12+ years' experience are required; a MS is desirable.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS desirable.
• IL or WI PE license is required.
• 12+ years in planning, design and construction of water/wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle for water/wastewater projects from proposal to delivery.
• Lead technical design, drawings, permits, calculations, and modeling; ensure QA/QC.
• Manage client relationships; lead meetings and presentations.
• Provide funding assistance and grant management; pursue opportunities.
• Support business development and mentor staff across offices.
