Job Summary

This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of the Civil Team Leadership Group, focusing on technical civil site development challenges and improving design processes, QAQC checklists, and modeling templates (Civil 3D). The work spans local, regional, and national projects across various sectors, including Federal, Municipal, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial. The role involves leading large multi-disciplinary projects or overseeing smaller projects while mentoring civil designers and technicians.

Experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state)
• 5-10 years of civil design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
• Knowledge of industry standards for civil illustration and design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in proposal preparation and fee estimation

Job Responsibilities

The Site Civil Engineer will handle technical aspects of civil site development projects, including scope definition, feasibility studies, design proposals, reports, specifications, calculations, system modeling, review of geotechnical reports and site surveys, client and city meetings, construction observation, documentation, RFI responses, and team collaboration.
