Responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering mentorship on complex projects.
• Design and modify features for bridges, roads, culverts, water systems.
• Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and procurement docs.
• Review and mentor engineers; lead technical reviews.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and coordination with agencies.
• Perform site investigations and inspections.
