Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Experience in civil engineering, utility infrastructure, and power distribution.
• Background in land development, transportation, and water/drainage systems.
• Business development and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from design through construction and final documentation.
• Oversee technical designs, construction documents, reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor engineers and designers while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and support proposals.
• Coordinate with utilities, contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical challenges.
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
