Ladders is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Municipal Projects to deliver civil engineering expertise for municipal projects, focusing on site design, grading, utilities, and erosion control. The Senior Engineer provides technical leadership and supports project execution, QA/QC, and team development. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Municipal Projects to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will focus on delivering civil engineering expertise for municipal projects, with an emphasis on site design, grading, utilities, and erosion control. The Senior Civil Engineer will provide technical leadership on complex assignments while supporting project execution, quality assurance, and team development. This position also partners across project teams to help ensure plans and deliverables meet high standards and project needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
