Ladders is seeking a Senior Civil Site Engineer to join our team. This role supports planning and delivery of complex civil site and industrial infrastructure projects with a strong focus on design quality, constructability, and project execution.

The successful candidate will mentor junior staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that meet scope, schedule, and budget goals. This position is remote for US-based candidates and offers growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience focused on site development.
• Professional Engineer license in the assigned office state or ability to reciprocate within 6 months.
• Experience with railway and/or roadway engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Civil Site Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will support the planning and delivery of complex civil site and industrial infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on design quality, constructability, and project execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and project managers to develop solutions that meet scope, schedule, and budget goals. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff while contributing technical expertise across site development efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams on industrial infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review complex design calculations and construction documents
• Manage and guide junior staff in civil and site design tasks
