Job summary

Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group is seeking Associate and Senior Civil Engineers for municipal infrastructure in California. The roles focus on water, sewer, and stormwater work for public agencies and private developers, with opportunities to lead feasibility studies, design, and construction.

Ideal candidates will have CA PE licensure or be willing to obtain CA licensure within six months, plus 5–10 years of leadership and project-management experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California PE license or be willing to sit for CA license within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with emphasis on fluid mechanics, water treatment/supply, hydraulic machines, soil mechanics, or related courses of study.
• 5 years of experience working on engineering studies, investigations, and designs for municipal infrastructure.
• 10 years of experience leading and directing work teams delivering positive results for clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on feasibility studies, design and construction projects for municipal infrastructure.
• Lead and contribute to water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects for public agencies and private developers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams and maintain client relationships.
• Apply civil engineering knowledge practically across development projects from residential to heavy industrial.
