Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
12+ years of related experience in civil, environmental, and construction engineering.
Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
Broad civil/environmental design and contract package development experience.
Experience with stormwater design, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of project work and proposals on large and complex projects with client alignment.
Coach and direct staff in quality execution of analyses and deliverables, developing technical skills.
Ensure projects meet client objectives and regulatory requirements; maintain safety protocols.
Provide technical oversight for Civil 3D models, drawings, calculations, and permit applications.
Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
