Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to provide discipline leadership on large, complex civil projects. You will guide scope, budgets, schedules, and staffing while delivering constructible, code-compliant designs and supporting construction administration.

The role requires strong technical depth, project execution, and staff supervision across EPC environments, with hands-on use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to develop deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with ABET accreditation.
• PE registration and extensive civil design/project execution experience.
• Experience supervising complex civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil discipline on large industrial projects with technical direction.
• Oversee design, analysis, site plans, grading and drainage work.
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Review calculations, drawings, specs for technical accuracy.
• Guide construction administration and resolve scope changes.
• Coordinate multi-discipline work with clients, vendors and teams.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards across all phases.
• Mentor civil staff and ensure successful project delivery.
