Job summary

Olsson, a multidisciplinary engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development projects from our Manhattan, Kansas office or relocate to the area. You will serve as lead engineer on complex projects, deliver QA/QC on plans, and mentor junior staff while providing project management support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license with at least four years supervising technical personnel required.
Minimum of 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Lead as senior engineer on complex projects and provide technical leadership.
Execute QA/QC plans for project deliverables and mentor team members.
Provide advisory support on challenging projects and assist with project management as needed.
