Job summary

Olsson seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Manhattan, KS team. You will lead complex land development projects, provide high-level technical design, and mentor junior staff. You’ll ensure QA/QC and advise on challenging design aspects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to project management, maintain design quality, and support growth for our communities through innovative solutions. A relocation consideration to Manhattan, KS is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with at least four years supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on complex projects with senior technical oversight.
• Execute QA/QC plans and mentor team members in technical design aspects.
• Provide project management support and advisory input on challenging projects.
• Perform thorough checks on plans and deliverables to maintain quality.
