Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive site/civil design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of civil engineering projects with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and review project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Oversee and mentor team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform QA/QC checks on deliverables to ensure design standards compliance.
• Navigate entitlement and permitting processes, including rezoning and site plan approvals.
• Supervise junior staff and manage project budgets and invoicing.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
