Job summary

Red Barn Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead project delivery from concept through permitting. You will mentor junior staff, interact with clients, and influence project direction while upholding high quality and responsiveness.

You will lead land development and stormwater design, coordinate GIS data integration, and manage schedules and agency coordination. Travel to job sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or agricultural engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development, stormwater, and NPDES permit work.
• Oversee stormwater analysis and design.
• Coordinate and mentor engineers and designers; integrate GIS data.
• Conduct on-site investigations and data analysis.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and agency coordination.
• Represent clients at municipal/township meetings; serve as project lead.
