Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of civil experience, with at least 4 in supervision.
• Strong Civil 3D skills demonstrated for site layouts and plans.
• Familiarity with land development processes and public bidding.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design including streets, grading, utilities, and stormwater.
• Supervise design staff and coordinate activities across projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and cost estimates.
