Job summary

Triad Engineering, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Civil Senior Project Engineer to lead and deliver complex civil projects from concept through completion.

You will ensure technical accuracy, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships in a multi-disciplinary environment. The ideal candidate holds a PE, has 8+ years of progressive civil experience, and is proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of relevant progressive experience.
• Professional Engineer's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct larger and/or more complex engineering projects.
• Lead and direct technical projects with overall responsibility for technical accuracy and appropriateness.
• Manage/solve technically complex problems, at times using advanced techniques and practices.
• Proposal preparation and direct follow through.
• Contract administration.
• Responsible for scheduling, productivity, and budget of projects.
• Ensure consistent, professional written and verbal communication with clients, contractors and project team members.
• Develop staff and project engineers.
• Recognize, initiate and advance business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strive to make each project profitable.
