Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead project management and design for residential and commercial land development, stream restoration, and utility projects.

The role emphasizes strong coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of civil engineering experience, ABET-accredited degree, and PE or progression toward licensure, with advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, and HEC-RAS.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of full-time professional engineering experience.
• PE registration required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Strong stormwater design and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and project deliverables for land development, stream restoration and utility projects.
• Prepare storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and grading plans.
• Develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and design calculations.
• Coordinate permitting and compliance with agencies.
• Prepare contract documents and project specifications.
