Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., a Davey company, seeks an entry-level to mid-level Site/Civil Design Engineer for our Richmond, Virginia office. You will develop grading plans and stormwater plans, perform design calculations, and assist the Team Lead on land development projects in Higher Education and Energy sectors.

Responsibilities include creating site layouts, performing hydrology computations, and ensuring designs meet client specs and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 1+ years Site/Civil experience.
• Knowledge of Virginia codes and regulations related to stormwater facilities, site grading and permitting.

Mansioni

• Provide technical expertise in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater management.
• Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and WSSI standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met within scope and schedule.
