You will develop civil plans and work on projects spanning site development, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure. You will convert sketches into buildable designs, collaborate with engineers and clients, and help with permitting, calculations, and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep things moving.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• EIT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare civil engineering plans, details, layouts, and construction documents.
• Work on site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Turn concepts and sketches into practical, buildable designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals, and clients.
• Assist with permitting, plan preparation, calculations, and project documentation.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other tools to develop and revise plans.
