Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design land development, utilities, and private projects.
• Lead studies and design from concept to construction documents.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support client relationships and business development.
• Coordinate design with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Decide technical approaches, cost and schedule.
• Interface with clients and public agencies as needed.
• Collaborate with CAD, EITs, GIS professionals.
• Mentor junior engineers in final design and plans.
• Willingness to travel to US client locations.
• Innovate and solve problems from inception to delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
