Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• North Carolina PE license is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design Land Development, public utilities, and private development projects.
• Lead studies and design from concept through construction documentation and support.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for tasks.
• Support client relationships and business development.
• Coordinate design activities with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers in final design and construction plans.
