The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with CAD designers, EITs, and GIS technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Maine PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and design land development, public utilities, and private development projects.
• Lead studies and design from concept through construction documentation and support.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Support client relationship development and contribute to business development.
• Coordinate design activities and meetings with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Contribute to technical decisions on approaches, cost, and scheduling.
• Interface with clients and public agencies as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
