Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience on industrial construction.
• PE licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Design land development plans and building pads for industrial facilities.
• Prepare complete project documentation and CAD drawings.
• Perform storm drainage, hydrology, and site utilities design.
• Coordinate with project team and review drawings for compliance.
• Support bid evaluation and contractor coordination.
