Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years in civil engineering tasks for industrial construction (foundation, land development, pads, infrastructure).
• 8+ years in drainage, grading and utility design for industrial/commercial projects.
• 8+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Applies standard techniques and criteria to perform assigned tasks within broader projects.
• Performs design tasks and prepares CAD drawings with guidance for complex problems.
• Designs complete projects and prepares project documentation including CAD drawings.
• Procurement tasks: bid list development, contractor contact, bid evaluation.
• Develops site design documents and edits project specifications.
• Prepare storm drainage and site grading design for planning, permitting, and construction.
