Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering is seeking a Sr. Engineer I/II to support our Ontario office. The role focuses on land development design, hydrology, grading and QA/QC, with mentorship for junior staff.

A B.S. in Civil Engineering and 5–7 years’ experience are preferred, along with EIT certification and proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD and Civil 3D. We offer worker ownership through ESOP, flexible schedules, paid time off, and a hybrid work model after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5–7 years land development design experience, with at least 2 years solving complex engineering problems independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D required; EIT certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop project designs considering constraints, goals, agency standards and best practices.
• Assist with construction administration including RFIs, submittals and changes.
• Train and mentor junior staff; prepare technical reports and calculations.
• Perform grading design, earthwork calculations and complex hydrology/water quality analyses.
• Deliver QAQC checks and complete deliverables for TM/PM or clients.
