Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Ogden, UT is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to prepare designs for earthwork, underground communications, roads and foundations for DoD/USAF projects. You will coordinate with other disciplines and deliver high‑quality designs for GBSD program engineering efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with civil design standards, Rev it and InRoads tools, and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Civil engineering design principles, codes and standards, and client guides.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop grading and backfill design and drawings.
• Road design and design documents.
• Foundation design and drawings.
• Assist with boring oversight, site inspection and review of facilities.
• Perform formal calculations and drawings.
• Review vendor information and integrate into the design solution.
• Execute to schedule with high quality work product.
• Coordinate with other disciplines as an integrated team.
