Job summary

Irish Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership on large-scale data centre and energy infrastructure projects in Germany. The role offers international exposure and progression within a growing European contractor.

You will lead site engineering activities, mentor site engineers, and coordinate with project teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes. A rotational assignment in Germany is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland or Mainland Europe.
• Heavy civils experience with strong technical problem solving.
• Willingness to work in Germany on a rotational basis.
• EU Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across all engineering activities on site.
• Manage and mentor site engineers and support the wider project team.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors and client representatives.
