Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a Tier One or Tier Two Contractor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Liaise with design teams to manage technical drawings and resolve engineering challenges.
• Supervise site engineers and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
• Implement quality control procedures, ensuring works meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide technical support and address project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, minimizing delays.
